A Dopplebock of dark flavor. I like this a lot. No too bitter and not too wheaty. Gut

An exceptional doppelbock beer hailing from Germany. Never had a doppelbock so rich and intense as this. Thick and complex, with bold chocolate and coffee notes in the palate. Sweet creamy malt texture and high ABV, makes this a winner... Cheers, from sunny Southern California, USA! 6/13/13

Too sweet. But not explicitly bad.

Light chocolate flavor. Solids brew. I'm not a fan of Dopplebocks but this one is pretty good.

Slight chocolate flavor. Strong dark bier but still rather smooth. I'm not a big fan of Dopplebocks but this one is quite good.
