aaf145 - August 5, 2016Just okay .. I mean the workers/ bartenders at Terrapin are bragging about about the beer being made with straight "South Pacific hops, from Australia and New Zealand" yet we're not getting much of that zesty and tropical fruit flavors the hops from this region of the world are known for.. Okay IPA in its own right , however something went wrong because those style of hops are potent and fruity... Specifically the Mouteka described in the recipe ...Used them before in my own homemade beers.
