Very nice dark lager. Smoky taste, multiple layers of flavor, was actually hoping for a porter or stout to finish off the evening but this was a very nice substitute. Sort of reminds me of a bourbon type beer. Getting a second which says a lot.

I remember having one of these in Italy. I enjoyed it very much but that could have had some to do with the environment and novelty of traveling through Europe.

When in Italy, I prefer it over peroni. Otherwise prob would not order it in the states.

Toasty dark lager type beer, some hints of a Robert the Bruce, but much lighter
