Malty & full bodied, but too sweet for me.

Great Trappist. Sweet malty in the front warming and spiced at the end. Mellows with some warmth into a very wonderful beer.

Good beer! Nice malty notes at first and Little funky on the back end.

Decent beer ... But not in love with it. High ABV hidden nicely,.

Kinda reminds me of a fat tire but more sweet. Not as much nutty as fat tire but more woodsy. Lol

Malty, full bodied, similar to Brooklyn Octoberfest circa 2005, when it was excellent, but a little stronger and bolder.

Very solid brown. Can only tell the 7.5 abv after a while. Carmel type tone. Unfiltered which adds a creamy thickness

Opaque orange copper body w/ tan head. Nose of green apple, raisin & fig. Flavors include dark fruit & bread. Hides ABV well. Medium body is well-carbonated. Most enjoyable.

Tastes relatively light despite high ABV.
