Hoppy and bitter smell, but very balanced taste. Not too hoppy or malty. Aftertaste is really nice, I'm a big fan of this beer. Almost like Bell's Two-Hearted Ale

Very little aroma. Darker color than expected. More of a Amber American pale ale.

None of the best characteristics of IPAs were present, just unpleasant bitterness with a long-lasting aftertaste. Maybe this keg was left out in the sun.
