Sharp and clean, the imcredible bubbles add to the fresh palate taste of this gueuze. Mildly citrusy and medium bodied. I am experiencing the historical Belgian countryside when I taste this beer. I would love to try this with enchiladas!

Sour...but can apparently be aged which I think would mellow it out... Reminiscent of champagne
