A little bitter at first but a good finishing flavor. I recommend a big soft pretzel with salt and mustard with it.

My first tasting note said it was too hoppy but it doesn't taste hoppy at all. An interesting witbier with sage and rye added.

Not bad. The rye does add a certain unexpected spiciness to the whole thing. A decent twist on the witbier style.
