More of an APA than an IPA but it is smooth and easy drinking. A tad sweet at first

Had this beer in Orlando Florida on vacation. The nosing of the beer was staleness. Not good at all. No floral hints of anything other than staleness. It is a moderately colored IPA, with very little head on the pour. The tasting was horrible. I believe this may be the lowest beer I have rated this far. Not good at all.

Sessionable IPA. Boring for an IPA.

Closer to 3.25. Nothing remarkable in the taste. Freedom of the seas.

Poured from bottle into paper coffee cup. Sorry, but that was all I had in the hotel room. Semi aggressive pour. Somewhat earthy, grassy smell. When pouring it is very light yellow in color. Cannot judge color through paper cup. Head is stable and thick. Beer is not overpowering but does not possess any complexity at all. Not a good IPA in my books. Almost tastes like a pulse ber to me, just heavy on the hops. Not flowery or citrussy though, only in terms of bitterness. No nasty bitterness though that lingers with a long aftertaste. Malts are very subtle, which I like. But that is about it when it comes to what I like about this beer...
