jaywill1323 - January 23, 2016An imperial version of my favorite saison, Sorachi Ace.
Had on draft during the January Blizzard of '16. Hazy golden in color with a razor thin white head. Belgian dry champagne like aromas and subtle Apple notes. A touch earthy hops. Light to medium in body with a syrupy mouthfeel starts with typical Belgian champagne like flavors followed by an earthy taste and a slightly sour crisp lemon finish. A little too 'saisony' for me I definitely prefer something Sorachi Ace but saisons are not really my style.
