davl22 - May 16, 2014Birth of Tragedy aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels w/ cacao, ancho and chipotle peppers. Super complex, earthy coffee and vanilla aroma with a slight smokiness, the peppers come through in the back of your nose, light carb, thinner mouthfeel, bourbon/coffee/vanilla/creamy caramel and honey, a truly amazing beer, just wish the mouthfeel was a little fuller to round it off
