Hazy orange copper pour w/ white head. Banana, citrus, yeast aromas. Flavors include bread, fruit & spicy sour funkiness. Dry finish.

Seems like a light belgian. Nice amber hue, great aroma, and a decent flavor! A little funky tasting but not bad.

Spicy aroma. Malt on the nose with some saison spice. Interesting but not for me.

Matilda 2012. Pours a hazy golden copper with a finger of off white head that slowly dissipates to a film. Aroma is sweet, with good yeast notes. Flavor is initially sweet, light and almost creamy mouthfeel with a very wet finish. The carbonation is low. Flavor has a bit of straw, but it's mostly a sweet yeastiness. It's extremely good, extremely drinkable. My only regret is I don't have more. As you let it warm, more of the sour-ness comes out.

It's an average light Belgium. But the smell is terrible.
