Malty and fruity flavored, but the flavor seemed fleeting. Pours a deep amber with lots of carbonation, but the head quickly dissipates. Overall, it seems good at first, but doesn't really last.

Very fruity with a large foamy head. Tastes with apricot.

Dark amber color. Not too heavy. Nicely balanced.

Yeast, dark fruit, and light caramel tones. This beer is nearly perfect. The unique yeast flavor is amazing

My first bottle-fermented beer, and I will definitely pick one up again. Yeast is pronounced but smooth; malty with an alcohol finish that isn't overpowering. I'll try it with some rich chocolate cake next time.

Aroma Sweet belgian yeast strain, malty Taste Estery, can taste the yeast strain, a little bitter and malty

A smooth, even blend of rich malt and flowery hop. Hits of spice bread and caramelized orange. Definitely worth drinking again
