Dark roasted honey flavored with a hidden coffee tone.

Moderate fizzy white head with negligible lace. Clear copper color. Cherry malty aromas dominate alongside caramel. Fairly sweet, and only slightly balanced in the finish. Slightly prickly on the tongue. Not necessarily an authentic bock, but a nice beer.
