Cloudy yellow with aromas of fermenting apple and Saison tartness alongside some doughy notes. Taste is dry Saison with Brett and earthy hops through and through. Medium Full body with a dry crispness and a slight tingle. Nothing special.

Perfumy. A bit cloudy. Not bitter. Persimmon not strong.

Cloudy gold well-carbonated body w/ white head. Yeasty nose hints of fruit. Flavors start malty before tartness of persimmon & funk of Brettanomyces take over. Sour finish is perfect.
