Awesome. Like Left Hand Milk Stout, Old Rasputin, and an iced mocha had a love child. I would go out of my way to have this again. I prefer it to Old Rasputin; I only wish it had a bit more carbonation (it's less bubbly than even LHMS).

Smooth for a bourbon barrel aged stout. Good vanilla chocolate roasty notes. Holds up to the quality of rarer releases such as kbs.

I'm not a big fan of the bourbon barrel aging that is so popular because it is often overpowering but that is not the case here very subtle. This stout tastes like vanilla and tootsie roll. The abv of 9% is just barely noticeable. I would not call it boozy
