codehead - March 28, 2013This is a truly massive stout. Pours with the consistency of syrup - toffee and chocolate notes. Not for everyone - this and some mature cheese is dinner done well.

Must drink alone, will overpower any other beer you try if in a flight or tasting. Don't get me wrong it's a GREAT breakfast beer or something to start you off at an early morning tailgate.

bdub30 - February 24, 2013Pours jet black with a sustaining 3 finger + head. A little chocolate and hops on the nose. Taste is hop forward but brings on some chocolate and finishes with a strong oak. Bitterness lingers.
