Slightly bitter copper colored ale. Nice strong aroma and bite.

First flavor is a sour, burnt flavor, like over-roasted acidic coffee. When it was cooler, it was funky, sour, and spicy. As it warmed, more malt and caramel flavors appeared. Got better with warmth.

Great with a Japanese meal (kinda has that aroma that reminds you sushi bar.) Has a distinct wood scent. Really good.

Odell Brewing Co, Fort Collins, IL Dark cooper color. Smooth, nice flavor, hoppy but not to hoppy.
