taylor.mn - May 3, 2015Smooth, can't really taste the 'extra hoppy' portion but it is a great barley wine. Viscous but not as hot as you expect from 11%. I would think if you wanted to you could lay this down to see what a good example of an aging type of beer tastes like young and old.
