Nice and sour. As sour as monks cafe or cuvée des jacobins but without the sweetness of those two favorites.

Light on carbonation and tart. Golden color; malty nose.

So good! More sour than the monks cafe flemmish sour! Almost a cider taste.

My first beer of the Oud Bruin style. A very odd and sour beer. Pours clear golden with minimal carbonation visible, a rocky white head with poor retention and a moderate lace. Citrus scents dominate the aroma, while the taste offers predominantly sour lemon through a tart and astringent finish. Mouthfeel reflects a light to medium body with a dryness that masks the alcohol. Can't see myself ever having another of these, though I can see what is appealing about it to those who like it.

Great sour ale...lots of sour but good pale ale flavor remains

Only for Extreme sour lovers. A tart sour acidity dominates along with grapefruit, green apples, and pear. Oak notes and vanilla are there if looking for it. Had on tap at Avenue Pub.
