Dark brown with red highlights, off white head, intense aroma, oak, cinnamon, orange pith, cherries, almost like an old fashioned, taste is similar, with funk, hay and a dry, dusty cocoa finish. Very complex, I almost get Cabernet on the end. This drinks more like a wine than beer. Phenomenal example of what HF can do.
