witchal - July 17, 2012Offering from Corsica, France and brewed with chestnut flour. Pour a clear cola with a creamy tan head. Chestnut nose is evident with sweet malts, faint hops and subtle smokiness. Taste is smoked grains, malt and hops. Additional nuttiness attributed to the chestnut flour. Mouthfeel is creamy with little carbonation. Lingering smokiness noted.
