Crisp taste initially with a slightly bitter aftertaste

The benchmark against which all Pilsners are compared. Few are better

A great European tradition but flat in terms of full flavored taste. Sparkling but bland yeasty beer.

11/28/15 - 11.2 oz bottle poured into a Pilsner glass. Straw yellow, high carbonation, light body, small head that disappears fast, leaves almost no lacing. Aroma is bready, grassy, piney hops. Taste is bready, grassy, subtle caramel maltiness with a slight hoppy dry finish. Smooth, crisp and refreshing. A good example of a Czech Pilsner, great beer, I'd have it again.

Reminds me of London Pride. Crisp & Hoppy according to Sobeys.

Not great from bottle. Have also had unfiltered in Prague at world renowned Golden Tiger.
