Good but Pliney the younger is better

If this was strictly a representation of hoppie beers, Pliny would be up there but it would be with their Younger. Since this encompasses all beers, it shouldn't be número 1

Not overrated. A must have whenever you run across it.

Made a point to drive up to visit Russian River brewery while in San Fran this fall and I am glad I did! Pliney is everything it's talked up to be! On my top 5 of all time! Rich, balanced, smooth and refreshing!

The best way to describe it is, to liquefy a pine tree. Simply amazing. Always pick some up if I can find it!

Astonishingly floral aroma. Hoppiness to spare, loved it. Complex and smooth.

Mostly familiar with William Spiesburger's clone, but I did try the real thing once. Hell of a hop attack. Serious brew.

Had this mailed to me from Cali to PA. It was well worth it.
