SRM 8. Hazy with moderate head. Lemony aroma with a bit of raisin. Super carbonated and light bodied. Thin texture with noticeable alcohol. Short finish. Good summer beer. profile - February 16, 2015
4 stars is as high a rating as I can go for a Weisse beer. This would be a good summer afternoon beer. Reminds me of white wine sort of. Definitely a lemon sour beer

Refreshing & reminds me of a cider, but more tart profile - November 28, 2014
Similar to a cider or light blue moon

Drank as "red" (raspberry). Light, crisp, a little fizzy ... Very tasty, but half a point off for the obscene expense.

Tried it with raspberry flavor. Decent flavor despite raspberry.

Very smooth, lemony notes with very slight cloves, slightest hint of banana, not as much as normal hefeweizen. Tartness at the end but not in a bad way. Excellent summer beer.
