An unbalanced bitterness that gives a feeling of hard liquor; unlike bitterness in other IPA's, even unbalanced IPA's. Not much to it besides a huge bitterness.

Not as hoppy as a regular IPA. Oak flavors balance well with the hops.

The mix of hops, oak, and caramel makes this well-blended IPA very tasty.

Hoppy but well balanced. The caramel and vanilla notes from the oak aging round this beer out, and leave a great oak aftertaste. One of the best oak aged ipas around.
