Dry and rye on the palette. Some pepper and lemon and yellow grapefruit. A little pepper spiced rye. Bitter clean finish with some peppercorn on the finish.

hits you bold at first with hops but then mellows out with the interesting rye peppery taste. citrusy aftertaste nice. a nice trip.
