Are you going to Scarborough Fair? Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Full on Saison. Which, in general, means it tastes like some Asian dudes citrus fish fry. Maybe it's good, what the hell do I know. It just tastes like lemon and the bad parts of drunk grandma's turkey dinner. Then again, I finished the bottle and nobody cried, so I'd like to refer you back to the 'what the hell do I know' comment.

Beautiful golden color with steady carbonation. Nice hoppy scent. Has a very smooth, creamy texture to it. Strong hoppy flavor up front and the herbal notes come out afterwards. Nice collaboration between Stone, Dogfish, and Victory.

collaboration w 2 other brewers; Dogfish's got good review from CBR.

I disagree withe the "tastes hoppy/IPA" comments. Saison all the way. Interesting smell, a bit of an off taste. I think it's the parsley that comes thru too much. Glad I tried it though.

Love this beer Drunks so easy with lotsa hoppy citrus seems super crisp and light but still packs a 6.8%

Hoppy but balanced start with light but noticeable herb notes on the palate after its smooth finish.
