I love the tart flavor that brettanomyces adds to the classic aromatic saison. This is one I will come back to for special occasions!

Tart and fresh and strange. I wouldn't drink it very often, but it's refreshing.

Very good but not worth the money.

Really nice, balanced saison. The Brett adds some excellent barnyard funk, and a slight tartness. What I like so much about this beer is that the Belgian beer characteristics (spiciness, yeasty flavor) don't overpower. You get a really complex flavor profile without feeling like you need some mouthwash afterwards. Very refreshing.

Naturally don't like saison's. This one reiterated that.

You can taste quality and care in every one of their brews. Sadly, you can taste brett gone wild in more of than I'd like to, this one included. The sourness does not enhance the flavor, but over pours it.

Bean sprouts, pear, and apple on the nose. Some nice sour rye dryness and light black licorice on the palette. Finishes pretty quickly with some delicious lingering carbonation.

It's more tart than the Mad River Brewing's Saison.

Bottle. Foamed like champagne with champagne smell as well. Good beer better warm
