bugs318 - April 13, 2013opaquely cloudy yellow-amber, no head to speak of, though it could be the sample pour. Musty funky aroma coupled with fermenting apples. Taste is complex with an evolution from mild grassiness to fairly dry tart funk and pear. Best Saison I have ever had, though I don't seek out the style and it isn't my fave 4.25 really
