Red amber & tan head. Sweet malt biscuit flavors & aromas. Nice crisp bitter finish.

Somewhere along the way for me, Sam lost his way. With all the wonderful micro brews available, Sam is not my beer of choice. But the Brick Red draught only is pretty good. A amber reddish pour and frothy head with good retention. Malty red brew caramel taste, with medium body mouth. Medium carbonation with a gentle hop aftertaste.

From what I know, it can only be found in Boston. Really, one of Boston Beer Co.'s better beers.

Full bodied and fantastic. A little heavier, more of a brown sugar taste.

Pours a nice red, but with very little head. Strong cherry aroma and cherry comes through significantly in this malt-backed beer. However, the cherry flavour seems a bit artificial -- perhaps they're using a syrup? Overall, I enjoyed it, but wouldn't rave about it. It's just a nice change of pace.

Great at a closer to room temperature for its full flavor to come out. Simply a really tastey and flavorful ale.
