TheClosetBrewer - February 4, 2013Aroma is chocolatey, vaguely astringent. It's a deep brown, almost coffee color though its pretty clear. Produced a nice thick, creamy foam like chocolate silk. Up front I taste a bold dark chocolate flavor , slightly sweet and bitter. In the middle hints of toasty bread, and finishes with another jolt of chocolate. Has kind of a resiny , hoppy aftertaste.
