Very good. Charcoal and malt. Not too much hops. Black pour, brown head. Don't want to share. Okay, trade for 2 magic Dark as midnight winter lager

Amazing!!!!!

Dark brown almost black in color. Minimal head with thin tan head and mild lacing in pint glass. Roasted malt, coffee, bittersweet chocolate and dark fruits all emerge in aromas and flavors. High ABV is well disguised by the intense flavors. Full bodied with an almost oily consistency. Minimal carbonation. This is a man's beer for sure. Not for the casual beer drinker but oh, so good. Delicious.

By rating 3.9. Very dark color. Sweet malt nose. Strong sweet alcohol taste with light hops. Sweetness lingers.

Good, bold with a strong alcohol finish.

Strong coffee flavor, but not nearly as creamy delicious as the other imperial series beers, tar like quality at the end, misses the mark, flavors seem to be competing
