I think since I dislike wheat beer so much the 'special Belgian yeast' creates a similar after taste which I dislike. Can barely taste the hop!

Clean with a bit of sour taste. Slight hops but a lot of flavor from grain. Great beer.

Golden colored thick white head. Great clarity with lots of effervescence. Fruity aroma like a trippel should. Hint of pineapple. Pleasant taste. Fruity and a little spiciness. Finishes with a hint of dried pineapple. Nice aftertaste. Hides the alcohol well. Bottle. 9-21-12
