Very light hops as most English ipa's are. Nice smooth flavor with a little bitter at the end. Not bad

Hoppy & Delightful

Good color and great aroma. Other than that it was really bad. Tasted almost flat and lacked any complexity or discernible notes of citrus, hops, pine or anything. Thin mouthfeel with bad aftertaste. Yuck!

Pleasant. Lightly hopped, very malty. Pretty average.

Malty and caramel. More of a bitter than anything else. The English just don't do IPAs like in the US.

Great solid beer! Would expect nothing less from Samuel smith. This beer is a perfect balance of hops and malt making for a nice enjoyable drink.

Not very hoppy, bitter, or boozy compared to American IPAs

Not a bad beer by any means very smooth an easy to drink. But it didn't have enough hops in my opinion for a great ipa. Would drink again 3 stars
