Nice amber color with decent white head of clingy, flowing lace. Earthy piney and sprucey hops greats the nose. Tastewise, there is a more substantial honey-ish malt backbone, but a piney and floral/herbal drying finish. Medium bodies and a bit under-carbonated, but enjoyable enough to drink. I might enjoy it either less carbed - eg on cask - or a bit more prickly than the slight oiliness it seems to have.
