Really good summer beer - one of my favorites in this style. Very light with a good malt flavor. Light hopped - good balance. All around true to the pilsner style. Sierra Nevada nailed this. I've heard a lot of people bash this for not being "true" to their typical beer - but I think you should take this beer for what it was meant to be: a really well done pilsner.

Yellow in color. Nice head retention. Good carbonation. Nothing special.

Pale yellow with a frothy white head. Florally aroma. Well balanced. Nice easy drinking pilsner style beer.

A bland attempt at reaching fans of corporate mainstream beer.

Way too many hops for a summer beer. They tried to keep the hoppiness of the pale ale and add summer to it. Not a success, and I'm a fan of the pale ale.
