I bought this "Extra IPA" because I wanted an in-your-face hoppy beer. While it is certainly that, it is also surprisingly smooth. Very good.

Bitter note lingers on the palate. Not overwhelming, however. Don't find it overly flavorful, but still quite drinkable for a rather big beer.

Nice strong hop flavor with a crisp dry finish. Mid swallow had a hint of citrusy grapefruit flavor.
