Kind of reminds me of a Trappest style Ale

Interesting dry fruity flavor. Similar but not nearly as good as chimay blue. Also has some smoky hints to the flavor. It's smooth and drinkable, and unique flavor wise, but that said its not good enough to be a top rates beer. Def worth a try though and I would easily recommend it to other people. Also, detecting some vanilla behind the smoke. It's got some complexity, that's for sure.

Hints of fruit. Somewhat malty. I really taste and feel the malt in my nose after a few seconds. Ok beer, but I like Dirty Bastard better for a scotch ale.

Dark brown color with spicy finish.

At home, bought from the foodery 10/9/12 Smokey with a lingering taste similar to a light barley wine. Warms on the way down. Not a session beer!

Strong molasses flavour, sweet and thick. Nice after taste, smooth and very mildly bitter.

Complex barley wine. Lingering finish that is not my favorite
