Tastes like a lighter porter. Could not really taste the vanilla, however, the coffee flavor is rich without the bitter after taste. Pretty good.

Taste like straight vanilla extract. Too sweet for me, wouldn't recommend

Sweet to taste.

Go vanilla! Comes through decent at the beginning, smooth and sweet with almost no hoppiness. Malty goodness that carries through to the aftertaste. The best part, for me, hardly any coffee flavor (not big on coffee in my beer), and light for a porter making it wildly sessionable. If you're a BIG PORTER fan though, it might not live up to your standards. This is Leinenkugel after all people. Huzzah!

Bubbly smoke with not too much vanilla.

Great vanilla taste -- on the light side :)

Perfect for those cold dark winter nights. A true "vanilla" porter.

Tasting environment: on the ice fishing. Air temp 0-15°F. Slight bitterness, vanilla, creamy. Enjoyed this very much and it was warming on a cold day ice fishing.

A little to hoppy, good up front but not in the back
