10/14 Another Raleigh beer. Not too bad, just a regular beer.

Mahogany hued brew w/ tan head & nice lace. Roasted malt, cocoa, dark fruit aromas. Chocolate, coffee & nut flavors. Smooth & creamy.

Malty smokey nose, with some of the same flavors carrying though in the mouth. It finishes with a smokey slightly bitter hop flavor.

Smells sweet and malty. A bit light bodied for me. I prefer Spaten regular.

An exceptional German Dunkel brew, lighter than most I've tasted. Full flavor, but light on the taste. Light to medium body. Refreshingly delicious, Cheers! From sunny Southern California USA! 8/15/13
