Light and refreshing. Apricot, banana. Light hops. Subtle alcohol speaks up on you.

Abv is at 9.3%.. Fix that.. Amazing tripel..for an American Brewery to produce such a high quality Belgian ale is very impressive..strong fruit flavor minimal hop bite..Stronger abv than most tripels, is always a plus in my books.. Exceeded my expectations.. 4.5 stars

Fine moussey head that dissipates fairly quickly. Brilliantly clear with Straw colored. Closed nose with subtle vanillin (banana?). Moderately rich with nice round mouthfeel that balanced with ample carbonation. Comes across as malty with light hops/bitterness on the finish.
