olepoole - April 28, 2012After a Mosher pour, not much head. Aroma: apple cider, almost Spanish cidrerias. Color: light copper. Flavor: wow, sour sour sour! WAY more than Reidy's Berliner Weiss. Pucker the lips at touch, and it's puckery all the way down. Food thing it's a small bottle. For a first real sour though, not bad. After a few more sips, if it were just a touch sweeter, I would be back at Etxcheberria in Donostia!! Gora las sidrerÃas!
