venop - January 17, 2012Blond, pretty straw color. Nice white wine flavor that is lightened up by pleasant carbonation. Sour, slightly skunky nose and finish. Sweet through the middle with light mouthfeel. Well balanced and complex, but delightful drinkable.
shoefish - November 20, 2011Wet blanket aroma from the Brett, sourness and oak join in on the tongue, some bitterness in the finish - like a clean, very drinkable geuze.
