Holy yumminess. Very rich and creamy. Great balance, good effervescence. Can't even think of foods to pair with, but why ruin the beer with food

Different bottling with surprises. Bottle #07782 bottled on 21 March 2014. Practically identical appearance as last time. Aromas are puzzling (diacetyl?). Palate is almost sweet with no discernible bitterness (18 IBU's on this bottling). Not bad and not as good as last bottling.

Brilliant, brassy, gold with fine "Belgian Lace". Malty, citrusy, almost honeyed aromas. Palate echoes the nose. Medium bodied with more than a hint of alcohol in the finish. Good shit.
