ryerarero - January 6, 2013These three philosophers from Cooperstown New York had a great idea by brewing a quadruple ale.
This 9.7% alc/vol doesn't have an over bearing taste of alcohol to it. At first taste you think this its going to be a tasty ale then just about when your going swallow your pallet is slapped with a splash of cherry.
This mysterious cherry chestnut colored ale was a great selection. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family. CHEERS!

breezywolf - December 26, 2012Flavorful. Bitter with sweet cherry end. Leaves mouth feeling dry, might be because I've already had a glass of a different 11% beer.
