Kudos to Ale Asylum for brewing a top notch tripel. The yeasty aroma is the first clue that they did it right. The taste is classic tripel goodness with no wrong notes. Carbonation is fine and a bonus that it does not foam out of control when you pour it like every Belgian tripel. With their double IPA, Napalm Bunny, Ale Asylums best beer. Second time with this beer: the bottom of the glass, as it warmed a bit, revealed some flaws with a somewhat cheapened flavor. A good tripel is fine cold to warmish.

Nice murky golden color white head . Sweet aroma. Smooth pilsner like taste malty sweet too . High AC a plus.
