A delicious farmhouse ale. Full flavored and sweet enough to be smooth but not saccharine

Lighter color for a dark saison, definite barley and malt flavor, lighter flavors overall

Had a deep carmel color with a thin creamy tan head that dissapated as quickly as it appeared. Virtually no nose even after it warmed up. Taste was well balanced with just the right hop flavor. Could taste the Belgian yeast character which is always refreshing. Finished clean. Light mouth feel that left a refreshing zing. It had me wanting more. If you like Belgians, you'll like this.

Pours a dark copper with a thin, quickly dissipating head. Not much of a nose to it, but has some faint citrus and a little funk. Mouthfeel was light with a bit of carbonation. Tasted a bit bready and, as absurd as it sounds, a bit like lima beans (although I've been told this is my perception of banana). Overall, not a huge fan.
