Chalky and Lacey white carpet-like soft film of head atop a cloudy dark yellow base. Nose is tart but tempered with substantial citrus notes of lemon and zest, alongside some barnyard dust. Taste is fairly if not excessively sour with chewy leather funk. A nicely dry lingering finish. Starts fairly tart as the carbonation spreads the notes, but dries more funky with some wheaty citrus qualities. Good but not as complex as I'd imagine (though fairly complex nonetheless). Good carbonation if not excessive. More lambic on the nose and up front, and more wild Saison in finish.
