cheftimjones@hotmail.com - July 16, 2012Really enjoyed this sweet apple beer. A champagne finish that makes you enjoy sipping this beer and is best served in a small quantity from a stemmed goblet. Aromatic and different but a high quality.
Too sweet to have often though.

cgiron - October 24, 2011Pale gold hazy pour into pint glass producing two finger soapy white head with mild lace. Yeasty, green apple aromas accurately predict the relatively weak flavors. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, a disappointing beer that I will not seek out again.
