chulk771 - February 2, 2015No carbonation, smooth. Mid-big bodied. Bitter upfront, bitter finish. Flavor lasts and balances ABV, but it's not well balanced. Missing something but still solid. 3.7
svenllr - October 25, 2013Dust Bowl's latest bottled treat pours darker than any chocolate Hershey's could ever wish for and the head foams with a tint of red so nicely that it would make any proud Irish brewer blush. The taste is so incredible that the 18th Czarist would rise from the grave to have a pint. This Russian Imperial Stout is incredible. No, it is fantastic! Stouts usually leave you yearning for more - anyone say "Guinness"? - but Black Blizzard confidently shows what imperialism is about! Pour, drink, enjoy. Repeat until pint is empty. Peter the Great would be proud of Dust Bowl.
